I am a graduate of the Academy of Perinatal Support of the Doula Association in Poland, where I gained solid preparation for working with women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. I have practical skills in providing emotional and physical support, as well as conducting reliable prenatal education, which is one of my favorite areas of work with women.
On a daily basis, I accompany women in preparing for childbirth, helping them understand the processes occurring in their bodies, organize medical knowledge, and make informed decisions. I work based on current knowledge, facts, and the specific needs of each woman. I support without judgment and without imposing choices — with respect for the pace, boundaries, and history of each of them.
In my work, I focus on building a sense of agency, safety, and trust in one's own body. I help prepare both physically and mentally for childbirth, so that the woman can enter this process consciously and with a sense of influence.
Personally, I am a mother of three children. My own birthing experiences have allowed me to see up close how vast the difference is between a birth experienced in fear and a birth for which a woman is consciously prepared and cared for.
Individually and with full attention
Every woman and every family has their own story. That's why I tailor my support to you — to your needs, values, and pace.
Based on current, reliable knowledge
I rely on the latest medical data and proven tools to ensure that you are using information that truly empowers your agency.
Without consent to myths and pressure
I dismantle stereotypes, challenge what does not serve, and help you reject expectations that are not yours. Birth and motherhood are your journey — not someone else's.
With the calm that holds the frame
In moments of greatest tension, I am by your side — stable, present, and attentive, so you can focus on yourself and your baby.
Ensuring continuity of care
I accompany you at every stage: from preparations, through childbirth, to postpartum. This way, you have constant, reliable support that knows you well and understands what you need.
"I use hypnobirthing techniques to help you enter labor with courage, calmness, and the mindset: 'I am in control here.' I teach you how to work with your breath, relaxation, affirmations, and visualizations so that stress has no access to you, and your body can function in its natural rhythm. During our sessions, we focus on changing the perception of labor from a painful and difficult event to a positive experience. I guide you from fear to peace."
In my work, I use the rebozo shawl as a natural, safe tool to support a woman's body during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Gentle techniques of swaying, relaxing, and massaging help reduce tension, provide pain relief, and deepen relaxation.
I also perform the cerrada after childbirth – a traditional closing ritual that supports the regeneration of the body, emotions, and feminine energy post-delivery. For me, rebozo and cerrada are not just techniques, but also a form of tender care, enveloping, and mindful presence.
I will help you experience childbirth as a positive and empowering experience
